Added
- A cloned face bank now remembers the bank it was cloned from, and solving a clip whose sibling there already carries layers follows that performance instead of solving from audio alone: every layer is copied in order, the audio-driven ones re-solved from this clip's own audio, and the result merged. A dubbed line keeps the acting that was captured under the new words.
- A second solve on a following clip reports it already current rather than redoing the work.
Changed
- A correction authored against the source clip rides across to the clip that follows it; one authored on the localised clip is kept.

- Packaging fix: the release now carries everything the register allows.
BuildPlugin's filter excludesConfig/and everypublic_extrapath, so earlier zips shipped without them.

- Face clips gain layers; the mix is a recipe, not a rerun
- Merge crosses vocabularies; mouth layers override only what they drive
- Casting made human-readable and controllable: audition, discovered actions, a stage
- The Face Bank stage now frames the face, not the back of the head
- Face Bank editor: montage-editor-style stage, voice-with-face preview, an inspector, transport controls and orbit-or-free camera
- The take became the unit: four quadrants, folders, one decision
- Fixed: solving a bank could overwrite a merged face
- The plan for editing and graduating a face written down (
GRADUATION.md) - Fixed: preview mesh list not following the bank; face preview drawing at the wrong detail level; needed its own preview component rather than a re-pointed one
- Face bank now links to its speech bank by id instead of guessing
- Tools menu consolidated into one Automation Forge section
- Every Forge asset now has a factory; double-click opens the panel that owns it
- Hand correction shipped as a layer, so the solve underneath can be replaced
- Localisation: a sibling bank per language, joined by line id
- A face bank now answers what a line plays, and takes outside buttons
- Repointed to kovati.dev
