Added

• A localised bank now knows what each of its lines is a translation of, and records it beside the line: the method it will use, what the source was, whether this bank dubbed it, and which recording the dub followed. It is visible on the asset, so "why is this line a dub" is answered where you are already looking.
• Generate All on a localised bank generates the lines whose source is synthesis and dubs the lines whose source is a recorded performance, in one costed confirmation — instead of paying a speech provider to read every line out again and discarding the acting. Afterwards it points every face bank serving that bank at the new audio, so the separate Create/Update Face Bank step is gone.

Fixed

• A dub of a dry voice recording played two languages at once. The dubbing service separates "background" from speech and lays it back under the dub; on a dry recording that "background" is a smeared copy of the original performance. It is now always dropped.
• A dub's source language is stated rather than detected — see SpeechForge's Authoring Language Code.
• The service's own transcript of the finished dub is fetched, logged, and kept on the line as its alignment text, so nobody has to listen to a take to find out whether the dub understood its source. A transcript that cannot be read degrades to a warning and never to a failed dub: the audio is already on disk.

• Needs a SpeechForge with the Authoring Language Code setting and the two bank seams.

• Packaging fix: the release now carries everything the register allows. BuildPlugin's filter excludes Config/ and every public_extra path, so earlier zips shipped without them.
• Config/ForgeMachine.json reaches an installed copy for the first time, so the hub's Keys and Runners pages are no longer empty for it.
• First release to carry licence terms. They are a draft pending review.

• First release, tagged the same day the plugin went paid. Built as the DeepL side of SpeechForge's localisation work (2026-09-05, "a sibling bank per language, joined to everything by line id"), running unreleased on Fab distribution until this tag.
